Academy Training Group have been providing training and support for Employers and Learners since 2009. We offer a range of course that may be of interest to you.

Construction

NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating

The course is for Painting & Decorators who have a minimum of 3 years on-site experience. Your skills will be assessed whilst you work, on site where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills of your trade. The qualification takes between 3 to 6 months to complete.

NVQ Level 2 in Site Carpentry

The course is for Site Carpenters who have a minimum of 3 years on-site experience. Your skills will be assessed whilst you work, on site where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills of your trade. The qualification takes between 3 to 6 months to complete.

Level 2 in Plastering

The course is for Plasterers who have a minimum of 3 years on-site experience. Your skills will be assessed whilst you work, on site where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills of your trade. The qualification takes between 3 to 6 months to complete.

NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying

The course is for Bricklayers who have a minimum of 3 years on-site experience. Your skills will be assessed whilst you work, on site where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills of your trade. The qualification takes between 3 to 6 months to complete.

NVQ 3 Diploma in Decorative Finishing - Painting and Decorating (Construction)

All Painter Decorators who have accumulated the requisite amount of experience and skill to satisfy the standards of the qualification and who may now be undertaking more complicated or complex works. The candidate will have a level of autonomy and have responsibility for organising other staff in day to day site activities (this will need to be observed). This sheets sets out the units and the candidate requirements that are needed in order to complete the assessment requirements of the NVQ.

NVQ 3 Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) - Site Carpentry

All Carpenters who have accumulated the requisite amount of experience and skill to satisfy the standards of the qualification and who may now be undertaking more complicated or complex works. The candidate will have a level of autonomy and have responsibility for organising other staff in day to day site activities (this will need to be observed). This sheets sets out the units and the candidate requirements that are needed in order to complete the assessment requirements of the NVQ

NVQ 3 Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction)

Trades person who are undertaking more of the Mentoring and Supervising works within their occupation. The candidate must have a level of autonomy and have responsibility for organising other staff in day to day site activities (this will need to be observed). This sheets sets out the units and the candidate requirements that are needed in order to complete the assessment requirements of the NVQ.

NVQ Level 1 in Health and Safety in Construction Environment (Green CSCS Card)

Academy Training Group - CSCS have changed the rules to getting your CSCS Green Labourers Card, you now have to have a NVQ level 1 before you can apply for your Green CSCS Labourers Card. Academy are an approved NVQ Training Provider we are experts in helping people get the NEW CSCS Green card. Academy Training Group has been working with CSCS for many years and are approved to deliver the NVQ Level 1 needed to get the New Green CSCS Labourers Card,

Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration

The Level 3 Diploma is aimed at people already employed in an administrative role with a high degree of autonomy. They provide an opportunity to develop understanding of and skills in a wide range of administrative activities such as information management, event co-ordination and implementing procedures and systems. The Diploma is aimed at people who can demonstrate essential business skills such as decision-making, resource management and project management whilst showing how their work contributes to the wider strategy of their organisation or department.

Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

The Level 3 Diploma is aimed at people already employed in a customer service role who have significant responsibility for the delivery of both internal and external customer service within their team or organisation. Learners will need to understand the importance of customer service as a competitive tool and be proactive in finding solutions to a range of customer service situations. Learners will need to demonstrate their ability to analyse and respond to customers on a strategic level, suggesting improvements and leading in their implementation.
